Lytvynchuk previously surrendered his passport after he was arrested in Washington May 13.<\/p>\n<div>\n<div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>His travel is restricted to Oahu and Washington, U.S. Magistrate Judge Rom A. Trader ordered.<\/p>\n<p>Lytvynchuk is \u201cnot permitted to access any beaches or to try to approach any marine wildlife while in Hawaii,\u201d Trader ordered.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u2026 You\u2019re not going to the beach, you understand that?,\u201d Trader asked Lytvynchuk.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYes, your honor,\u201d Lytvynchuk replied.<\/p>\n<p>Lytvynchuk and his attorney, Sean P. He had been free on an appearance bond and traveled to Honolulu for today\u2019s hearing.<\/p>\n<p>Lytvynchuk, through his attorney, has claimed he had no intention of harming the marine mammal.
