HILO — University of Hawaii at Hilo coaches are hosting upcoming summer youth camps and clinics for soccer, basketball and volleyball with all registration available online.

Men’s Soccer
Registration at HiloSoccerCamp.com. Walk-up registration accepted by advanced sign-ups are preferred.
Hosted by the Hawaii Hilo men’s soccer coaching staff and features: speed, agility and quickness drills, ball manipulation, technical instruction, tactical instruction and small-sided games. Includes camp T-shirt.
Youth camp
• Vulcan Soccer Field – July 29 – Aug. 1
• For boys and girls
• Ages 4-6 (10-11 a.m.) — $80
• Ages 7-9 (11:30 a.m. – 2 p.m.) — $180
• Ages 10-13 (11:30 a.m. – 2 p.m.) — $180
Group discount: register 5+ campers in the same transaction and receive $10 off each.
College ID camp
• Vulcan Soccer Field – Aug. 8
• Boys and men (Grades 9-12, JUCO and Transfer Portal)
• 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. — $120

Basketball
Registration at HiloHoops.com. Register by July 19.
Hosted by Hawaii Hilo men’s and women’s basketball’s coaching staffs along with other community members. Four days of skill development, contests and games for all skill levels. Campers will learn fundamentals while developing confidence, teamwork and a love for basketball. Includes lunch, basketball, T-shirt and camp photo.
Youth camp

• Boys and girls (Grades 3-12)
• 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. — $150
This camp is held in tribute to the late Coach Jimmy Yagi. Both Vulcans head coaches Kaniela Aiona (men’s) and David Kaneshiro (women’s) grew up attending the Coach Jimmy Yagi Basketball Camp. Coach Yagi’s passions for teaching the game, developing youth people and instilling lifelong values left a lasting impact on generations of players.
